On the lower level, guests will find a cozy lounge with fireplace and TV area, a second kitchen, a wine cellar, laundry facilities, and an additional bathroom with shower.

Across the courtyard lies the guest annex, complete with a double bedroom, a bedroom with a French bed, and a shared bathroom with shower…ideal for hosting family or friends.

Surrounded by a perfectly manicured garden, the property offers enchanting panoramas in every direction. At its heart is the private freshwater swimming pool (15 x 4.5 meters), framed by a teak sundeck furnished with sun loungers and oversized cushions, perfect for relaxation under the Sardinian sun.
